Elan Kaplan, Founder & CEO

With over 16 years of software industry experience, Elan has distinguished himself as a technical leader and manager at companies such as HP, Oracle, Amazon Web Services, as well as several start-ups.

Elan has a track record of building strong, productive teams and of successfully taking projects from the drawing board to market. He has led the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of many large-scale software products.

Elan is active in the education of his two school age kids and founded SchoolWave.org to help ensure our schools have the resources they need to provide an excellent education to this generation and generations to come.


Warren Scott Warren Scott

With over 17 years experience in software development, Warren knows how to balance the critical factors of technology, design, and an effective business investment. Prior to starting his own web development company, Warren served as Senior Producer for Foundation 9 Entertainment where he oversaw the development of websites, video games and educational software on a variety of platforms. There he worked closely with major licensors including Electronic Arts, Nickelodeon, Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, Mattel, and PBS.

Warren spent several years volunteering in his wife's first-grade classroom in the San Francisco Unified School District and saw the challenges and joys of teaching students that speak 5 different languages, come from wildly different economic backgrounds, and diverse cultures. He is passionate about finding ways to help schools meet the challenges that they face.

Warren holds a Masters in Education from San Francisco State University and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.


Zbigniew Sufleta

Zbigniew Sufleta (also known as ‘Z’) is a networking technology expert, accomplished software architect, and passionate believer in enhancing social phenomena through creative use of Internet technology. On result of this passion translated into founding OneClickTennis.com, a unique tennis match arrangement service used by thousands of players in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Zbigniew started his career as a professor of systems engineering at The Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland. He was a major contributor to the development of network protocol analyzers including Network General’s Sniffer and was a co-founder of Transparent Networks, one of the pioneers in developing large scale photonic switches. He also has served as a senior technical consultant in the area of regulatory compliance of the software industry.

Z’s technology expertise combined with a passion for serving others has led him to the area of web applications that provide social benefit and to SchoolWave.org.


Eugene Kolovyansky Larry Biggie

Larry's professional experience centers around vendor management and intellectual property licensing. He has over 15 years of domestic and international experience negotiating a wide variety of commercial transactions for financial institutions and hi-tech companies. He also has significant experience with start-up entities and mergers & acquisitions.

Larry serves on the Board of Advisers for Sustainable Global Sourcing, Inc. and is the General Manager of French Press Films, LLC. He received his B.A. with honors in Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University and his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
